Effective October 27, 2026
BadRally works because people show up, play fair, and treat each other well. These four rules are what we ask of everyone, on the app and at the court. They are also shown inside the app and form part of ourTerms of Use.
Be respectful
Treat other players the way you would at a club night: say hello, be on time, and be gracious whether you win or lose. Different levels, ages, and backgrounds are welcome. Insults, slurs, threats, and intimidation have no place here, whether in a message, a bio, or a match note.
No harassment
If someone declines a game or stops replying, let it go. Do not send repeated or unwanted messages, do not send romantic or sexual messages (BadRally is for badminton), and do not contact anyone who has asked you not to. Do not share other people's personal information or photos without their permission.
Real profiles
Use your own name or the nickname you go by, a photo that is actually you, and an honest skill level, so your opponent knows what to expect. One account per person. No impersonating other players, coaches, or clubs.
No spam
No advertising, coaching solicitations, recruiting, affiliate links, or automated messages. Messages should be about arranging a game with the person you are talking to. If you run a club or venue and want to be listed, email us instead.
Reporting a player
If someone breaks these rules, email daniel@keepersgrove.com with the player's name and what happened; screenshots help. A human reads every report, usually within two business days, and we will never tell the other player who reported them. If you feel unsafe, contact local emergency services first.
What happens next
Depending on what happened we may send a warning, remove content, or suspend or permanently close the account. Harassment, threats, and fake profiles are usually one strike. If you think we got it wrong, reply to our email and we will take another look.
